I’m falling in love with DayOne.app
Lately, I’ve been falling in love with DayOne, ”[...] a journaling platform to record and preserve your memories for the long term.”
Yes, it has a great UI and OS X and iOS versions, but so do other similar apps. What I really like in DayOne is that in addition to these, it syncs using dropbox (and iCloud, but I don’t like iCloud) and it stores data in a simple and open format.
I use it to keep a private journal, notes, ideas and it fits nicely my workflow.
I may be writing a script to pick DayOne entries tagged with a specific tag and post them to my blog -it should be quite easy to do it. BTW, there are a handful of tools that do interesting stuff with your DayOne data.
