robots.txt for the real world

IMHO, among other things, Google Duplex is Google's way of crawling the real world. I heard that there will be a way for businesses to opt-out (i.e. tell Google that they do not want Google Duplex to call them). Sounds like a robots.txt for the real world. I hope they propose an open standard so that the info can be used by other services too.
